Development

Software Engineer

  • Research, evaluate and synthesize technical information to design, develop and test computer-based systems.
  • Plan, design and coordinate the development, installation, integration and operation of computer-based systems.
  • Analyze the performance and dependability of designs and to optimize architecture, develop data, process, and network models.
  • To assemble requirements from users, record, and create logical and physical specifications.

Web Developer

  • Develop, write, modify, integrate and test Web site related code and web application interfaces.
  • Conduct tests and analyze data to monitor quality, security, user interface experiences and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement procedures for ongoing web site revision
  • Monitor and maintain Web site functionality.
  • May participate in Web site architecture and design in collaboration with designers or clients.
  • May research and evaluate a variety of interactive media software products.

Database Analyst

  • Collect and document user requirements
  • Design and develop database architecture for information systems projects
  • Design, construct, modify, integrate, implement and test data models and database management systems
  • Conduct research and provide advice to other informatics professionals regarding the selection, application and implementation of database management tools
  • Operate database management systems to analyze data and perform data mining analysis

IT

Cybersecurity Analyst

  • Actively respond to information security alerts, providing initial analysis, risk categorization and mitigation actions
  • Collaborate with internal and external support resources to troubleshoot and drive resolution for Cybersecurity related issues. Participate in escalation and reporting procedures in accordance with Cybersecurity Incident Management policies and processes
  • Research, evaluate and develop tactical solutions to security risks and vulnerabilities within the established risk management framework
  • Gather data to provide root cause analysis of critical security events and contribute to continuous improvement of existing processes
  • Research and collect data as part of Cybersecurity assessments and audits
  • Collect and compile data for analysis of technology environments using discovery tools and methods

Administration

Business Development Officer

  • Develop policies and administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in urban and rural areas.
  • Design market research questionnaires.
  • Conduct social or economic surveys on local, regional or national areas to assess development potential and future trends.
  • Plan development projects and coordinate activities with representatives of a wide variety of industrial and commercial enterprises, community and business associations and government agencies.

Human Resources Manager

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of human resources or personnel departments.
  • Plan human resource requirements in conjunction with other departmental managers.
  • Coordinate internal and external training and recruitment activities.
  • Develop and implement labor relations policies and procedures and negotiate collective agreements.
  • Administer employee development, language training and health and safety programs.
  • Advise and assist other departmental managers on interpretation and administration of personnel policies and programs.
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
